Ministry Moments – Get Together Wheel

There’s a secret treasure hidden inside Centre Congregational Church that you may not know about. It’s the women’s Get Together Wheel which meets once monthly from September through May. Every woman who attends our church is welcome to join. You’ll enjoy a delicious dessert prepared by a member, followed by a variety of programs. Jo Farnsworth may lead us in armchair exercises to keep us limber, or Lillian Foulds could ‘wow’ us with one of her fabulous ‘make it and take it’ projects. There might be a speaker from our group or community sharing a hobby, special interest or event. There’s always time to chat with others, getting better acquainted with folks you only see briefly on Sundays. Who knows -- a kindred spirit may be waiting for you there.

Friendship is a gift that can’t be bought or sold. You’ll find it at the Get Together Wheel where there will always be a welcome for you. Our meetings are usually on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. Our first meeting of the year will be a Potluck Salad Luncheon.

There is handicap access to the Fireside Room from the parking lot behind the church. Watch the church bulletin and mailings for details.
